where do you ship to?
for now, we’re keeping things close to home. we currently ship to canada and the usa, with hopes to expand to other countries in the near future.

do you have sizing charts?
sizing charts can be found on sweetheartwestern.com/size-charts. our hoodies and tees are all currently unisex. for a relaxed fit, stay true to size. for an oversized look, consider sizing up.

what phone case types are currently available?
we currently offer iphone cases for iphone 12 through iphone 16, including pro, pro max, plus, and standard models.

will my order arrive in one package?
there is a possibility your items may arrive separately. if your order includes both garments and phone cases, items will arrive in separate packages.

what kind of shipping do you offer?
we offer standard shipping through our trusted printing and shipping partners located across north america. additional duties, taxes, or carrier fees may apply upon delivery depending on location and carrier. these are set by shipping providers and are outside of our control. please review our shipping and return policy for more details.

do you offer returns or refunds?
because each item is made specifically for your order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing, colour selection, or change of mind at this time. if your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right!
