all Sweetheart Western products are made especially for you in partnership with our trusted print and production teams once your order is placed. at this time, we currently ship to Canada and the United States only.
Orders typically begin production within 5-7 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on destination and carrier, but are currently estimated between 10-30 business days. at this time, we do not offer expedited shipping.

if your order includes multiple items, they may be produced by our different printing partners and ship separately.

items may arrive at different times
once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Sweetheart Western is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.
Sweetheart Western is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional fees that may be charged by the carrier upon delivery. by placing an order, the customer agrees to be responsible for these fees, which are non-refundable.
returns & exchanges
Because each item is made specifically for your order by our print partners, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, incorrect colour selection, or change of mind. we encourage customers to review product details carefully before placing an order.
damaged or defective items
if your item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
when reaching out, please include your order number and clear photo(s) showing the issue. in these cases, a replacement or refund will be provided at no additional cost. depending on the issue, you may be required to return the damaged item.
minor variations in colour, print placement, or sizing may occur and are considered normal due to the made-to-order nature of our products. print placement may vary by up to 0.5 inches and is not considered a defect. damage caused by normal wear, accidental drops, or misuse is not covered.
if an order is returned to sender due to an unsuccessful delivery, we can offer a reprint at an additional cost or a partial refund.
